Lucy & Dean H - Dorset - June 2011

Redway Farm is without doubt the best B & B we have ever stayed in. It is set in a beautiful tucked-away spot in the countryside, but with easy access to the rest of the island. Linda and her family made us feel like long-lost friends, giving us the warmest welcome on our arrival (complete with yummy home-made cake!)The Manor Suite is just beautiful. You can lie in the huge bed, and the gorgeous roll-top bath, and look out over the countryside, and pretend you are Lady of the Manor! Everything was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well thought out, and the fresh flowers were a fabulous finishing touch. We thought it couldn't get any better until we went down for breakfast! Once again, we were treated to beautiful views over the garden and surrounding countryside, and a simply wonderful top standard breakfast, with fresh eggs from their own chickens. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like we were being really looked after. We both are in agreement that not only are we definitely visiting Redway Farm again, but will next time bring friends and family to share it's tranquil spot and Linda's hospitality. They have worked incredible hard restoring the house and you can really feel the love that they have put into it. An absolute gem of a find.
